1. Acceptance

By using Incognitogram you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. What we do

Incognitogram lets you view publicly available Instagram stories without logging into Instagram. We do not store, collect, or redistribute Instagram content. Stories are fetched on demand from public APIs and are not cached beyond a short operational window (typically under 5 minutes).

3. Free use — no account required

You do not need to create an account to view or download public content on this site. For free use we do not collect personal information beyond standard server logs (IP address, user-agent) which are retained for up to 7 days for abuse prevention.

4. Premium subscriptions

Incognitogram also offers optional paid subscriptions ("Premium") that add features such as email notifications when public accounts you choose post new content, activity history, and an ad-free experience. The current plans and prices are listed on our Premium page.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges are made. Prices may change with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. Premium features depend on Instagram's publicly available data and on our upstream providers, so specific features may be adjusted or temporarily unavailable; if we permanently discontinue Premium, active subscribers will not be charged again.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to scrape or mass-download content through this service. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Stories may be unavailable if Instagram changes its public API, if the account becomes private, or if stories expire.

7. Intellectual property

All Instagram content belongs to its respective creators. Incognitogram does not claim ownership of any Instagram content. If you are a content creator and want your stories excluded, please set your account to private.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
