The activity log records posting times and types. It does not replay expired stories or include a pre-signup archive.
Loaded media only. Up to 25 files and 50 MB per ZIP, 25 MB per file, 250 MB per day. Larger collections are split into batches.
Your first Stories or Posts view of each profile is free. After that, you get 3 refreshes per day shared across profiles, including browser reloads, the Refresh button and reopening a previously viewed tab. The allowance resets at midnight UTC; already-loaded content remains viewable.

Deciding whether alerts are for you?
Questions
- Will the tracked account know?
- No. Tracking uses the same anonymous viewing as the rest of the site — we never sign in as you, follow anyone, or leave any trace on the tracked profile. The account owner sees nothing.
- How fast are the alerts?
- We check every two hours and email you when new activity is detected. These are periodic checks, not instant notifications; delivery can be delayed by service or email-provider issues.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe and you can cancel in one click from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Do you need my Instagram login?
- Never. Premium works with just your email address — that's where alerts go and how you sign in. We don't want your Instagram credentials.
- Can I track private accounts?
- We can only see what's public, same as everyone else. Private accounts can't be added; if a tracked account goes private we'll tell you, keep checking, and resume automatically if it goes public again.
- Why use this instead of Instagram notifications?
- Instagram offers notifications for accounts you follow. Incognitogram lets you receive email alerts for public accounts without logging in to Instagram or following them.
