Questions
- Will the tracked account know?
- No. Tracking uses the same anonymous viewing as the rest of the site — we never sign in as you, follow anyone, or leave any trace on the tracked profile. The account owner sees nothing.
- How fast are the alerts?
- We check every tracked account every 2 hours, around the clock. A story posted at 9:00 reaches your inbox by 11:00 at the latest — usually with over 22 hours left to watch it.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe and you can cancel in one click from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Do you need my Instagram login?
- Never. Premium works with just your email address — that's where alerts go and how you sign in. We don't want your Instagram credentials.
- Can I track private accounts?
- We can only see what's public, same as everyone else. If a tracked account goes private we'll tell you, keep checking, and resume automatically if it goes public again.
